Unique Pet Portraits:

Is my photo good enough to use for a portrait?
Follow our photo guidelines and make sure to capture your pet with a camera or a good phone camera. Don´t forget to set the focus on your pet, so the image isn´t blurry.  

  1. Take your pet photo at eye level with your pet.
  2. Try to make it a close up, so we can see your pet's unique features
  3. Outdoor natural daylight always results in the best photos. Try to avoid bad lighting!
  4. Avoid uploading blurry photos
  5. Make sure no ears are out of frame!

Can you add or remove details of my pet?
We will not edit any features of your pet. Therefore, we will not be able to e.g. remove a collar or add something. So, please make sure that you follow our photo guidelines and upload the best image.

Do you do humans or other animals than dogs and cats?
We are only designing animals, sorry. But we do ALL animals, from cows to birds.

What are the portrait dimensions?
The portrait sizes are:

21x30cm:
This is the perfect alternative if you are aiming on gifting a portrait to friends or family.

30x40cm:
Our bestseller. This medium sized portrait just looks perfect on any wall in the house like in the bedroom or in the entrance hall.

50x70cm:
Our favorite. This size will make your pet shine since you will see any little detail of your fur baby.

Can I see the finished image before it gets printed?
Unfortunately, the rather large amount of orders does not allow this option. However, there is no need to worry at all, since our artists are very talented, and we perform quality checks.

What we recommend: During the ordering process for a framed artwork, also select to receive a digital version of the portrait to get a glance of your artwork before it comes in the mail as a finished portrait. (for only 9,99€)

How are the portraits produced?
We have a team of talented digital artist who digitally paint your pet with rather complex brush-stroke techniques to turn your pet into amazing art.

The prints and the frames are being produced and shipped by our partners in Latvia, Europe. We have a long-standing partnership with them, since they can provide the high quality standards that we request for our products.

 

Shipping:

How long does shipping take?
The shipping times are usually between 1 – 2 weeks. Please note that we have a production time of 3-5 days at maximum. Please allow some time, since high quality art works require some time to be create.

How much does shipping cost?
We have a flat rate shipping cost of 4,99€. However, we offer free shipping for all orders over 100€!

I ordered multiple products, will they arrive together? 
Usually you should receive all products in one shipment. Sometimes it can happen that one piece of art is created before the other one and therefore might be shipped out earlier than the other one.

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, all our products are sent out with tracking numbers for you to know the status of the order. After the production time, and when your product is about to be dispatched, you will receive the tracking number via email.

Do you offer refunds?
As your order is 100% unique and custom made for you and your pet, we cannot offer refunds. If you have a problem with your final product, please email us and we'll do our best to make sure you're happy.

If you received an incorrect or damaged item, let us know and we'll send out a replacement as fast as possible! Note that while we do not refund faulty orders, we do replace them as quick as we can.
