Shipping

You can´t wait for the shipping? You need a product urgently as a gift or for a certain occasion. We have created Bella&Balou vouchers, which makes it possible to give unique pet presents, to your loved ones, within minutes.

 

How long does shipping take?
The shipping times are usually between 1 – 2 weeks. Please note that we have a production time of 3-5 days at maximum. Please allow some time, since high quality art works require some time to be create.

How much does shipping cost?
We have a flat rate shipping cost of 4,99€. However, we offer free shipping for all orders over 100€!

I ordered multiple products, will they arrive together? 
Usually you should receive all products in one shipment. Sometimes it can happen that one piece of art is created before the other one and therefore might be shipped out earlier than the other one.

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, all our products are sent out with tracking numbers for you to know the status of the order. After the production time, and when your product is about to be dispatched, you will receive the tracking number via email.
